Product Manager

Responsibilities:

In charge of fiber laser production group. Understand and resolve the issues in the production. Carry out test and measurement.

Do experiments and organize documents.

Requirements:

Ph.D. in Optics, Laser, Physics, or EE. 5+ years hands-on experience on laser engineering.
Self motivated, energetic, good attitude, and work on details person.
Understanding nonlinear fiber optics and mode locked lasers. Proficient in short pulse characterization.
2+ years experience on laser product management and fiber optics.
Understanding of laser engineering and femtosecond fiber laser.
Strong communication and people interaction skills. Good at presentation and documentation.
Capable of doing parallel works.
Team work.

Fiber Laser Engineer

Responsibilities:

Manufacture mode locked fiber lasers. Understand and resolve the issues at the development stage. Carry out test and measurement.
Do experiments & documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above in Optics, Laser, EE, or Physics. 1+ year hands-on experience on laser engineering.
Self motivated and energetic person with good attitude on problem solving.
Familiar with nonlinear fiber optics and mode locked lasers. Proficient in short pulse characterization.
Understanding of laser engineering and optics.
Strong communication and people interaction skills. Good at presentation and documentation.
Capable of doing parallel works.
Team work.
Fiber optics experience plus.

Technician

Responsibilities:	Work closely in fiber laser production group for mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly, and testing.
Requirements:	High school or above. Good attitude, energetic, and trainable. Fiber optics experience plus.

Sr. Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:	Work closely with fiber laser development group for electronics design, PCB layout, and implementation and test.
Requirements:	B.S. in Electronics, or Optoelectronics. 5+ years hands-on experience on laser electronics. Self motivated, energetic, good attitude, and work on details person. Understanding high power analog electronics. Strong communication and people interaction skills. Good at presentation and documentation. Capable of doing parallel works. Team work.

Sr. Fiber Laser Scientist / Fiber Laser Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop new products on mode locked fiber lasers from a concept to prototype. Understand and innovatively resolve the issues at the development stage. Carry out test and measurement. Transfer prototype into production.
In charge of government contract. Do experiment and write proposal & report.

Requirements:

Ph.D. in Optics, Laser, or EE. 5+ years hands-on experience on laser engineering.
Self motivated and innovative person.
Understanding nonlinear fiber optics and mode locked lasers. Proficient in short pulse characterization.
2+ years experience on R&D project and/or product management.
Understanding of laser engineering and optics.
Strong communication and people interaction skills. Good at presentation and documentation.
Capable of doing parallel works.
Team work.
